1.2 Delivery is made exclusively to the delivery address specified in the order process. We accept no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete address details.

- Delivery times may vary for deliveries outside the EU. We will inform the customer if there are any delays.
Note: Delivery times begin after production has been completed. As our products are made to order, production times may vary. Further information on production time can be found in the order confirmation.

4.1 We are not liable for unforeseen delays caused by our shipping partner Spreadshirt or other circumstances (e.g. force majeure, strikes, natural disasters).
4.2 We will inform the customer if the delivery is expected to be later than specified.
5 Delivery conditions for returns and returns
5.1 If a return is necessary (e.g. in the case of faulty or damaged products), the customer shall generally bear the return costs, unless the goods are faulty or were delivered incorrectly.

6.1 For international deliveries (outside the EU), customs duties, taxes and other import duties may apply. These are not borne by us and must be paid by the customer.
