Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. individualized designs).

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within 14 days.

 

Return policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you have a problem with your order (e.g. production error, wrong item or damage), please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Complaints about production errors

In the event of production errors or damaged items, we will work closely with our partner Spreadshirt to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.

Exclusions from returns

The following items are excluded from return:

- Personalized or customized products.
- Products that show signs of wear, stains or odors.
- Items purchased as part of special promotions (if applicable).
- Products returned later than 14 days after receipt.

Return of special offers

Products purchased as part of special promotions or discounts are excluded from return unless they have manufacturing defects or damage.

Costs for returns

- Returns due to unsuitability or incorrect size are at the customer's expense.
- We will bear the return costs for faulty or damaged items.
